Can you hold a place before I apply?
We can not hold units, we rent to the first applicant who applies that is approved! This ensures compliance with Fair Housing laws -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
This is depended on the specific rental unit so please see the description of the unit you are interested in for the answer! -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be 18 years old to apply! -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes the security is fully refundable as long as no damage occurs during the time of occupancy! -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
The best way to apply is to go to the apply now button on the right side of the screen. If you can't find the property listed it for whatever reason feel free to call to check its availability! -
How do I pay rent?
The easiest way to pay is through our online portal where you will have multiple options regarding payment type! -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
The first thing to do would be to call us and we can tell you if it is a pet friendly property. If so you would go through the pet application process. PLEASE do not move in a pet without approval this will result in hundreds of dollars worth of fines and inspection fees. If this is a service animal request we have a entire different process to accommodate service animals and no one can deny you a service animal! -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
This would be called a lease-assignment. They are common just give us a call to get this done. Please note the original tenants are still liable for payment and damages until the assignment is signed and approved! -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
First I am sad to see you go! Let us know and we can start the process to make sure everything is ready to go! -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
It is hard to give a clear answer without knowing the nature of the repair request. Of course if you punch a hole in the wall that's on you, if a repair is needed that was no fault of your own that is on the owner!
